Assets
Scanning: The InfraTools™ Desktop Discovery (IDD)
system is a powerful desktop scanning tool that
captures reliable hardware and software data. |
Asset
Details: Lists all of the assets for a user and
the information is sorted by hardware, software
(known and unknown) changes and favorites (a customizable
category). Launched from either Call Logging or
Tracking Manager. |
Change
Log: The change log information is listed in reverse
chronological order and is sorted by date. It shows
what asset information has been added, removed or
changed for an asset since the previous scan. |
Integration
with HEAT: The Asset Details module allows HEAT
technicians to quickly and easily access asset information
for a customer during a call. This information can
be customized so the technician can place information
in a favorites folder. A click of a button transfers
the data back to the call ticket. |
Tracking
Manager: This module allows IT Administrators to
view and manage all IT assets in the organization
throughout their lifecycle. Functionality includes
easy, pre-defined queries, reports, customizability
and ability to export data, send users emails and
open a call ticket in HEAT. |
Asset
Summary: This fully-customizable screen in the Tracking
Manager module provides a snapshot of current asset
information including software license status and
alerts (in red font), warranties and leases that
may be coming due, total scannable and non-scannable
asset accounts and can provide a list of any assets
that have not been scanned recently. |
Asset
Activities: A selection of activities essential
to managing assets, including: Move/Add/Change,
Asset Information, Lease tracking, Warranty Tracking,
Cost Tracking, Upgrades, Service and Add and Asset.
Queries can easily run for any of these activities
using simple selection filters, or an advanced user
can create their own queries and save them. |
Reports:
A set of 25 standard management reports using Crystal
Reports is included. Additional reports can be created
by the user and saved for future use. |
| . |
| Customizability:
The IT Administrator has the ability to customize the
Tracking Manger and may also define the items that are
in place in the favorites section of the Asset Details
module. |
