CMS offers FrontRange Certified Training Courses for both GoldMine and HEAT applications. The CMS Training Facility, conveniently located in Orlando near the International Airport, is a first class learning environment with state of the art equipment. Susan Canty, the CMS Director of Education and Technical Services, a FrontRange certified trainer, has over 10 years experience teaching these courses. Student responses have always been enthusiastic and positive.

Public Classes

Public class times, location and outlines are published monthly and posted on the CMS website. Reservations are on a first come basis and are only confirmed by receipt of payment.

Unless otherwise notified, classes start at 9:00 AM and are released before 5:00 PM. There are several 15 minutes breaks and lunch is taken from 11:45 to 12:45 PM. Coffee, tea, bottled water, and snacks are provided. Breaks are ideal times to ask functional specific questions.

CMS Training Manuals are provided to each student. These unique publications are an excellent reference source, filled with screen captures and relevant examples. The student experience is enriched with his or her networked PC and the instructor’s projected screen image. Class size is limited to ten students to ensure individual attention.

Private Classes

Private classes may be scheduled and located at customer’s convenience. The course curriculum is generally the same as the public course. Data and functional examples are often taken from the student’s implementation.

Customized Classes

Customized classes are available to address specific time, location or content requirements. Classes should be limited to a maximum of 12 students. Curriculum is usually tailored to the client’s business processes.
Onsite Training Requirements

The CMS Training Facility in Orlando is always recommended, since the workstations are already configured and there are no distractions, an excellent learning environment. If this is inconvenient, CMS will instruct at Customer provided or other available facilities.

Training Room should have limited distractions such as telephone calls, walk thru traffic, etc.
Each Student should have a workstation.
Workstations should be correctly configured prior to class start.
CMS Certified Instructor will need a wall or projector screen. CMS will bring projector if Customer does not have 800 X 600 min res. projector.
Classes with more than 12 students limits personal attention.
